Please take a look at these Terms & Conditions before contacting me for training enquiries. By enquiring and booking training with me, you are agreeing to them.

Training Academy Rules;

• Please fill out a new customer form when given, this is very important so I have information incase of an emergency.

• Dogs must have all up to date vaccinations to attend training..

• Bitches in season are not allowed to attend training.

• Please don’t bring your dog training if they or you are unwell.

• Clean up after your own dog please.

• Please make sure your dog is wearing adequate equipment including a collar (and ID tag). I can check these if you’re unsure.

• Dogs must be kept on lead at all times, unless allowed otherwise.

My main priority is you and your dog’s welfare when training at Point Forward so please abide to my training rules as they are there for a reason.

I will provide you with a safe environment to train in but please be aware that dogs are unpredictable animals, so I ask you to pay attention to your surroundings for your own safety and those around you.

All equipment provided will be checked regularly and kept to a good standard. I will update you regularly with any new important information regarding training. Please get in touch if you have any concerns.

Do you take cash or card?

Both. We have access to a card reader to use.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! Our 48 hour cancellation policy means that if a session is cancelled 48 hours prior to the arranged session, you will not be charged and the session can be rescheduled without any deposits. If the session is cancelled within 48 hours to the arranged session, you will be charged in full for the missed session.
